Heights Yoga is Going to Greece!

September 29-October 4, 2025

We have chosen to have our next retreat on the beautiful and rustic Amorgos Island in Greece. This rejuvenating retreat will be led by Nicki Taylor & Betsy Bouffard.

Your retreat includes:

twice-daily yoga asana practice
5 nights stay in beautiful sea-facing accommodations in a 5-star hotel & spa
sunset reiki & restorative yoga practice
breakfast and lunch daily
closing dinner
a 60-minute massage
one excursion of your choice
lots of free time for exploring this culturally rich and remote island

Prices start at $2400 for shared accommodations and up to $3600 for private accommodations.

Join us for 45 minutes of a themed discussion around recovery, followed by 45 minutes of all-levels movement. If you are impacted by your own addictive behaviors or the addictive behaviors of others, we welcome you to this monthly offering.

Yin & Yoga Nidra

with Emily Taylor

Sunday, November 3 | 5:30 – 7:00 PM

$35 drop-in | 20% off for unlimited members

Turn inward, slow the chatter of your mind, and find deep release in your body. In this workshop, you’ll first practice Yin Yoga, holding restorative poses, with support from props, for 3-5 minutes. You’ll release tension from the physical body to prepare for the practice of Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Nidra, translated as yogic sleep, offers us access to the space between wake and sleep. It is in this state of consciousness that the body and mind are able to fully relax. All you need to do is follow the sound of Emily’s voice.
