Join us for 45 minutes of a themed discussion around recovery, followed by 45 minutes of all-levels movement. If you are impacted by your own addictive behaviors or the addictive behaviors of others, we welcome you to this monthly offering.

Kid’s Yoga

All elementary school age kids are welcome to join this fun class. We will explore shapes, breath, and mindful movement.

Yin & Yoga Nidra

with Emily Taylor

Sunday, August 4 | 5:30 – 7:00 PM

$35 drop-in | 20% off for unlimited members

Turn inward, slow the chatter of your mind, and find deep release in your body. In this workshop, you’ll first practice Yin Yoga, holding restorative poses, with support from props, for 3-5 minutes. You’ll release tension from the physical body to prepare for the practice of Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Nidra, translated as yogic sleep, offers us access to the space between wake and sleep. It is in this state of consciousness that the body and mind are able to fully relax. All you need to do is follow the sound of Emily’s voice.
