Addiction separates and disconnects people from their families, communities, and themselves. 

Yoga can be a tool to reconnect through Y12SR.

Y12SR is the Yoga of 12-Step Recovery. Combining the practical tools of a 12-step program of recovery with the physical and spiritual practices of yoga, this class is an innovative mind-and-body practice focused on addiction support and relapse prevention. 

Y12SR is open to anyone and everyone dealing with addiction — their own or the addictive
behavior of others.

Dance Mix

Hosted monthly on the second Friday, Dance Mix is a follow-along dance class with many different styles of music. You will feel playful, happy, and confident with every move of this easy-to-follow choreography. Not familiar with the move? No worries… create your own. Easily modified for all fitness levels. No previous dance training is required. Guaranteed to leave you with a huge smile on your face. Get ready to lose yourself and have a blast sweating it out in this fabulous class.

Rest + Reset: A Restorative Winter Retreat
