Yin + Yoga Nidra

Offered each month on the first Sunday. You’ll turn inward, slow the chatter of your mind, and find deep release in your body. In this workshop, you’ll first practice Yin Yoga, holding restorative poses, with support from props, for 3-5 minutes. You’ll release tension from the physical body to prepare for the practice of Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Nidra, translated as yogic sleep, offers us access to the space between wake and sleep. It is in this state of consciousness that the body and mind are able to fully relax. All you need to do is follow the sound of Emily’s voice.

Dance Mix

Hosted monthly on the second Friday, Dance Mix is a follow-along dance class with many different styles of music. You will feel playful, happy, and confident with every move of this easy-to-follow choreography. Not familiar with the move? No worries… create your own. Easily modified for all fitness levels. No previous dance training is required. Guaranteed to leave you with a huge smile on your face. Get ready to lose yourself and have a blast sweating it out in this fabulous class.

Ignite: A Self-Care and Empowerment Practice

Join us for our quarterly members-only workshop. Led by Haley Finnegan, this 90-min workshop combines meditation, journaling, and breathwork in a self-care practice designed to build confidence and connect you to your joy.

We’ll practice a fire-gazing Trāṭaka, a Tantric meditation method of cultivating a one-pointed focus on an object of devotion like a candle flame. The candle’s flame will help you call in clarity around your dharma, the things that light you up. You’ll cultivate self-kindness and find what fills your cup with journaling and breathwork.

You’ll leave feeling empowered, confident, and connected to your inner fire!

Please note there is no asana involved in this practice. Wear your comfiest clothes and bring a notebook or journal.
